1. Rates are indicative
Steel prices change daily with mill and market rates. Any rate shown on this website, in an article, in a calculator result, or given by phone, email or WhatsApp is indicative and valid only for the day it is given, unless we confirm it in writing against a specific order.
2. What a rate includes
- Rates are ex-warehouse, Bhilai, per metric tonne (MT), per kilogram, per piece or per sheet as stated.
- Rates exclude GST, freight, loading and unloading, unless the quotation says otherwise.
- Cutting, straightening and roll-forming charges, where applicable, are shown separately.
3. Weight and billing
Invoices are raised on the weighbridge weight of the material dispatched. Weights shown on this website, in weight charts and in the calculators are nominal values from the relevant Indian Standard and may differ from the actual weight of a lot within the tolerance the standard allows.
4. Availability
Stock badges such as “In stock” and “On order” describe our usual position and are updated by our team, but availability is confirmed only when we accept your order.
5. Orders
An order is confirmed when we accept it and the agreed advance or payment terms are met. Rates confirmed for an order apply to that order and quantity only.
